How to give ranks- the command

Difficulty: 1.

Assumed Knowledge: Reading, copy and pasting.

Server Base: Any Source.

However, he doesn't have the giveowner. but i believe you might have got your orignal idea from that and think Lothy deserves a little credit for it as well.

Btw I think there is a little bug, if you teleport some one to you with the command ::xteletome that person will also get admin/mod try it.
